the Need:
Why do we need something like Ultimate Democracy?
For our optimal and paced development optimal use and management
of our resources is must. Usually our governments play decisive
roles in resources utilization. Without Optimal Control by
people over our SYSTEM there is always plenty of scope for
resources' misuse/ disuse/ underutilization/ suboptimal
utilization and Corruption.
Secondly, creation of optimal environment needed for our optimal
development is not solely the responsibility of the governments
but ours too. Ultimate Democracy will strive for people's
maximal involvement and interaction in control and functioning
of our system.
Thirdly, UD in addition to creation of optimal environment
needed for our optimal development will as well provide ways of
optimal integration of our intelligence, abilities and workforce
for our individual as well as systemic development.
What can be called as the Ultimate Democracy?
Only a system that confers power of ultimate decision
continuously to the people can be termed as the Ultimate
Democracy. A system that truly empowers people and keeps the
powers with the people continuously.
Life on Earth:
Life, Intelligence and Consciousness on the Earth are precious;
much more precious than our little differences. We think and
assume our little differences of too much importance than they
actually deserve. We make little matters and differences such
big issues that they are never resolved and our precious time,
energy and resources are unnecessarily consumed and wasted.Our holistic, optimal and high paced development is possible only when
we have a compatible environment in which our inherent genetic
potentials can get duly and optimally expressed. We need to build a
foundation system, the Ultimate Democracy, which will enable us create
such environment.
With the origin of the Life on the Earth, the era of extraordinary
systems, the Life forms, commenced.
A Life form is an 'Always On' System, running
continuously till the irreversible System Failure, the Death.
While with the advent of structured Social Systems, the era of
dependency of individual life forms on the other members of the social
structure commenced, and so commenced the era of coordination and
cooperation among life forms. We humans, with the most developed social
structure evolved so far on Earth, have maximum dependency on the system.
(So Optimal System is crucially needed.)
The advent of the Social System, actually, was systematization of the
Life forms into next higher-level system that acts as a unit, the social
system. Survival of the members of the social system was the first and
primitive objective of structured social system, which in turn ensured
the survival of the species that had the characteristics of forming that
social system. With evolution, Social systems started providing more
than mere survival to the constituting individual members.
Recent evolution of human species is not in the genetic constitution
or physical characteristics. Development is mostly in our system.
Continuous development of system allowed us to explore some of our
genetic possibilities. Development in human species is mostly in our
social system, skills, knowledge base, and knowledge saving, storage and
transfer mechanisms.
We have two Information Pools that are providing information transfer
through our generations, Internal discontinuously transferable genetic
information pool and External continuously transferable systemic
information pool that resides in our structured social system. It is
continuous development of this external continuous transfer information
pool, with continuous accumulation and dissemination of information,
generations after generations, which enabled us to develop so far.
Yet, in spite of all the developments, majority of human population
and a major part of individual human lives, exempting privileged few,
are wasted just to ensure survival. Human intelligence, psyche,
sensitivity and creativity would reach to higher levels only when we
free ourselves from the primitive fears of life.
We need an Optimal System that would enable the maximal development of
inherent individual potentials while ensuring contributing to the system
too. To develop maximally, we need an environment in which our inherent
genetic possibilities can get duly and optimally expressed. To ensure
our holistic development we will have to ensure that our resources are
not wasted or mismanaged.
We need to build a foundation system, the Ultimate Democracy, which
will enable us create such environment. Creating such environment is a
continuous dynamic process, not a static process. And so is the course
of evolution. We need a system that continuously evolves and strives for optimal
coordination, integration and efficiency. A system fundamentally based
on coordination, cooperation, integration and continuous revolution;
continuously developing and evolving while still ensuring friction-free
integration in subsystems and us. For optimal high paced development, we
need a system in which continuous revolution is possible, in system as
well as in ourselves. An Optimal System that continuously evolves while
ensuring evolution of Life, Intelligence and Consciousness on the Earth.
To create such environment, in which our optimal high paced
continuous development is possible, we need resources, knowledge base,
technology, and sound infrastructure. And we need a SYSTEM that
can use all these and can ensure optimal coordination and integration
for creating such environment.
So we need restructure and reorganize ourselves to create a system
that ensures worldwide coordination, cooperation and unity; and ensures
friction-free interaction among people worldwide, while minimizing
conflicts and yet maximizing optimal use of human intelligence and
understanding. Then we will be able to maximally utilize our resources,
intelligence and inherent potentials to reach where we should.
If we really want to develop into the Frontiers of Life and not
remain just omnipresent Exploiters, we need to develop an ultimate
System, The Ultimate Democracy.
The Ultimate System, The Ultimate Democracy that would give
people the ultimate control over the system, truly and continuously.
The
Ultimate System comprising a Representation System that
continuously strives for the complete representation of the people, and
ensures efficient, actual and continuous representation of the People; a
Decision System so transparent that it makes representatives’
corrupt practices almost impossible to go unnoticed by people and that
truly gives people the ultimate control over the decisions made; an Implementation
System that is transparent and under people’s continuous vigilance
with continuous feedback; and much more, giving people complete control
over the system, continuously.
Ultimate democracy would not only be a milestone in our history of
development but also a way of living, a culture, a foundation and a
process, through which human civilization will reach to the peaks of
Intelligence, Consciousness and Life.
